My mom went to these people for a transmission service. This was the first time she had had to deal with the cars since my father passed. They ruined the transmission during the service. Immediately after picking up the car the transmission was slipping. They made us wait weeks to have it looked at again, and now magically the transmission is shot and they want 5 grand to fix their mistake. Absolute crooks to rob a widow like that. Things happen and things break, it's how you handle those mistakes as a business that speaks volumes, and you guys showed your colors through this.

I may come back to re-rate later once thr vehicle is finally done and I drive it for a while and all checks out lol BUT, giving these stars due to how slow they are tbh 😬 Was told itd take a couple days probably, and its been a week and a half and still not done 🀣 Not counting weekends though i spose itd be about 6 or 7 days. And it was weird that thats apparently the main complaint and sentiment for alot of people, them keeping the vehicle for extended periods lol

Terrible experience. AAMCO is a rip off service. They even claim that they have to replace Transmissions at 65k miles all the time. They claimed the transmission was gone because of the 'codes it threw' and wanted $5100 for a new one. When questioned, they claimed they had checked the fluid and road tested it and it wasn't the fluid. They lied. The fluid was dirty and almost the color of oil. I changed the fluid and replaced the sensor. I fixed the transmission myself and when confronted about it their lies and BS, they say 'oh we could have done all that too but...' They are the worst and Zack can go find a gasoline soaked salesman's log to ride

So grateful and thankful to Ammco and especially Zack for rescuing me and getting me to my doctor's appointment on time and doing what it took to get the repair done. I was coming from out of town when my car gave me an overheating warning. I limped into their facility with a busted radiator hose and was by that time very short on time to get to my appointment, which by the way I was a new patient and could not be late! I explained my situation to Zack and he and a coworker came to my rescue and drove me there before they went to lunch! THANK YOU Both and God bless you! I really appreciate their great customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to help a lady (and her car) that was stressed! I will be recommending your company in the future!!!

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care never disappoints. I recently dropped off my 2012 Accord because my brake light wasn't working, even after replacing the bulb. Upon contacting them, they informed me of several possibilities regarding the issue and provided an estimated time for troubleshooting and repair. It turned out to be a wiring issue, which they swiftly repaired, having my car ready for pick-up in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair cost. Since I work out of town, they also offered suitable options for payment and vehicle pick-up, which was incredibly helpful. Throughout the entire process, every staff member I interacted with was courteous and professional. I am a satisfied customer and will continue to return to AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care for my automotive needs.
